PHOTOS - Page 3

Pages 1-8 are taken BEFORE the Liberty Homes, Inc set crew re-set the modular sections on March 10, 2006.  (All photos are referenced from the viewpoint of looking at the front of the home unless otherwise noted)  NOTE: On March 13, 2006, Gary Alberson (General Manager of Liberty Homes, Inc) wrote the following to me in an email, "We are dealing with a foundation that is out of square... In regards to a new home replacement, our answer is no."  The foundation is not the problem.  I had it professionally surveyed and is out of square by 64/100th of an inch; that is between 3/4" and 7/8".  The survey company told me that you don't get any better than that.

BELOW, the right module overhangs the foundation by ~1.75 inches on the right side (South side).

BELOW... right modular is ~3+ inches short of seating properly on the right rear of foundation/knee wall (S.E. corner).  The front of this modular section overhung the front foundation (S.W. corner) by about 3 inches.

BELOW two photos... you can see that the right module gets better when closer to marriage line (center of home).  But, it is still ~2 inches just to be flush with the rear knee wall.

BELOW, you can see the rear of the left module is not seated at the rear of the foundation/knee wall (N.E. corner).  This gap was originally ~3 inches.  You can see daylight coming into the basement from this corner.
