Delivery Day
January 13th of 2006 (Friday)
The manufacturer, Liberty Homes, Inc. was responsible for delivery of the 2 modular sections.
BELOW... re-wrapped roof laying on its side. I paid extra to have each modular section to be re-wrapped in protective plastic.
BELOW... this hole was flapping in the wind and wide open. Driver taped it some time during transit. It broke open, he re-taped it again when they arrived. And, plastic wrapping not secured.
BELOW... this window was open; it was raining that whole day. Arrived with damaged water line.
BELOW... the dealer (Robb Robbins - owner of the recently filed for bankruptcy Woodale Homes, Inc) lifts up a power line when he was guiding this modular section down the street. A crack in the window frame (there will be another photo of this later). Driver backed up into the tree.
