Pages 9-11 are taken AFTER the Liberty Homes, Inc hired set crew and carpenters re-set the "home" on March 10th of 2006.   (All photos are referenced from the viewpoint of looking at the front of the "home" unless otherwise noted)

The best that I can gather is that on March 10, 2006, the Liberty Homes, Inc.'s hired workers that re-set the two modular sections did not secure the roof properly from the weather/elements when they were finished.  Nor did anyone from Liberty Homes, Inc. ever notify me that potential for such a condition may in fact exist at my home site.  The home became riddled with severe water damage and mold throughout.

When I found this water damage, I had tarp placed on the roof as soon as possible.  Since Liberty Homes, Inc. abandoned me and the "home" in early March 2006, I emailed them at least a dozen times to see how they will address the Corrections Notices, and NEVER received a response.  Finally, in August of 2006, out of the blue Liberty Homes Inc. sent me a letter indicating that they will address the Corrections Notice.  Why this delay to agree to this, from March 2006 to August 2006... 5 months?  Liberty agreed to send their hired carpenters on September 5th, but they delayed that until September 8th.  Prior to this, I told Ronda Davis (Liberty employee) that the home incurred water damage because they did not secure it properly, and that they should have someone with authority come to the "home" and make an evaluation... Ronda told me that the carpenters that were scheduled to come would have the authority, and that she would note on the work order to check for water damage (this was actually noted on the work order).  What happened next is bewildering.  Liberty sent people to the "home" on September 8th, and I found out that they took photos and notes.  I was unable to be there in the morning/day on the 8th; when I went to the "home" site ~7:30PM, it looked as though no one was ever there; I saw that no work was done whatsoever.  I called the carpenter at least 2 times, and no answer.  I emailed Liberty Homes, Inc., and received no response.  And then, on September 25th (over 2 weeks later) Liberty emailed me a letter that they are voiding my warranty.   Keep in mind that Liberty's hired workers were the last ones to do any work to the "home", and that they led me to believe that the home was secure from the elements.
