Pages 1-8 are taken BEFORE the Liberty Homes, Inc set crew re-set the modular sections on March 10, 2006. BELOW... the living room was saturated with water to the point that the duct work in this area had large amounts of water in it. The carpet, padding, duct board trunk lines were wet and/or had mold. Liberty Homes, Inc refused to replace this carpeting, until September 2006, at which time they said they would replace it. But wait, this is at the same time frame that they VOIDED MY WARRANTY. If there was water in this area, what is the space between the interior drywall and the exterior walls of the home like? THIS IS THE WAY THE HOME WAS DELIVERED!
BELOW... this is directly under the living room photos above. This flexible ductwork is filled with water; look at the water droplets at the bottom of the sagging ductwork. The flexible ductwork connects to wet and moldy insulation which connects to the perimeter vent. THIS IS THE WAY THE HOME WAS DELIVERED!
Below... the plate connecting the two rim joists is separated.
