BELOW... is this the quality one expects from a new home?
BELOW... this is the ABSOLUTE worst window in the home. It has water damage all around it. Remember the Delivery Day PHOTOS that showed the protective plastic wrapping laying on its side? The sill is bowed. The frame and inset are bowed as well. The home arrived with much of what you see here, however, 11 days after the home was set on the foundation, the sill is bowed even more. LOOK at the incredible bowing of the top of the window jam from water damage. What kind of water damage lurks behind the walls? Remember the wet moldy floor insulation? MOLD?
BELOW... this bedroom has MANY drywall cracks. The wall on the left has a hairline crack where it meets the ceiling. The wall on the right has about a 1 inch separation where it meets the ceiling.
BELOW... if you look from the left of the photo and towards the right, you can see the top of the patio window header is bowed down. The last photo, at the bottom, shows the framing for the rear patio door being bowed out. This is the way this modular section was delivered,
